Our Yoga & Meditation retreat is created for everyone regardless of previous experience who want to deepen their knowledge of yoga, body and mind. All we ask from you is an interest towards self-reflection, transformation and good times.
As a guest of our retreat, you will enjoy yoga classes both in our open shala and out in nature embraced by the elements. Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Hatha yoga are taught each morning and evening during 6 days of the retreat. You will also be able to dive into the world of Pranayama and breath holding work as an additional feature of the retreat.
We approach each participant of the La Vida Surf Yoga Retreats personally to find the most suitable form of practice for everyone. Join the daily group practice or meet our teachers for a one on one consultation. Daily meals during the retreat are based on Ayurvedic & TCM principles, and designed to support the practice and nurture the body.
