The workshops offer a safe, in-depth exploration of the world of acroyoga, where you experience the empowering qualities of the practice. Learning to trust and earning trust, realising your potential, tapping into your power and lots of laughter together with others.
Your evening classes are designed to give your body and mind time to recap the themes from morning practice and add more challenge where needed. Every class is themed, varying from more detailed techniques to therapeutic flying to jamming and creating your own flows.

elena kokkala
Meet Elena, an experienced instructor in yoga and movement since 2016, and acro yoga since 2018. She is a graduate of The Acro Way training. Her approach to AcroYoga is deeply rooted in understanding the nuances of different bodies and how they can harmonize in practice. Guided by the principles of curiosity, consistency, fun, and patience, Elena's aim is to imbue each participant, whether base or flyer, with a sense of joy and accomplishment.
She believes that the key to achieving this lies in fostering an environment where playfulness and enjoyment are paramount, complemented by deliberate movements synchronized with breath. For Elena, the ultimate goal is to ensure everyone leaves the session feeling invigorated and triumphant in their roles.
Beyond the practice, you'll find Elena in her favorite activities—hiking with her whippet dog, exploring the surroundings, and sharing meals with friends.
