This online Breath Work course is part of “The Autonomous Body Method” which gives you the acquirements of how to regain your true mental and physiological power. When breathing correctly and practicing regularly you can become autonomous and in control of your happiness, strength and health. These breathing techniques have been taught for years at our retreats with great results and finally available online.

During this fundamental Breathing and Breath-holding course you will study the origins and causes of stress, inflammation, anxiety and learn how to reduce their presence in your own everyday life. 

You will find out how to consciously connect to your endocrine-, cardiovascular-, and lymphatic-system in order to regain control and steer the course of your physical and mental health. 

Our Breathing and Breath-holding course is based on practice and theory and includes live sessions followed by Q&A part as well as video lessons.

About the teacher:

The Autonomous Body Method is developed by Aleksi Koskelin who works as a therapist within TCM, is the founder and owner of La Vida Surf Retreats and graduated from the The Danish National School of Performing Arts as a professional dancer. Aleksi is now working towards a degree MSc within Psychology.
